Homegrown rhubarb combined with warming stem ginger & root ginger and citrus notes from oranges make this and ideal Jam for chilly Autumn & Winter mornings. The orange peel has been chopped and shredded into this Jam to give it a marmalade-like consistency.

It is delicious slathered across hot crumpets, mixed through granola, in sweet & savoury pies and tarts. It is also a great accompaniment to duck and pork dishes. Fabulous with brie and soft cheeses.
